My landlord is nearly 70 and came in today, she mentioned that her holding company is selling off the buildings they own and swanning off somewhere warm. I should have the opportunity to buy my shop that I currently rent.
Could anyone that’s done this tell me what they wished they knew in hindsight? Also what % difference in cost is there for you with rent vs mortgage?
