​Friend sees the success of my business and wants to recreate the same setup in their area…

I have a unique business that has been very successful. It’s a lot of work, but it’s worth every minute when we see all the happy customers (and extra cash lol).

We’re still selling our products locally, with the plans to expand across state next year.

One of my very good friends that lives in another state wants to do a similar business to promote the mission from their location. I feel uneasy sharing too much because we’ve done a lot to get to where we are.

Has anyone dealt with something similar? If you have, how did you handle it?
