​What physical business do you believe is generally not worth the time/money invested?

From coffee shops that have there employees making more money then there employers to a business that is breaking equal to the extent of what would be a working wage working for someone else and questioning why do all that comes with being an owner. What do you personally believe is generally not worth the overall investment?
