​Cheapest way to get a domain, email, and build a site?

I’m a 16 year old photographer and I make my money through weddings and portraits. Right now I get around 1 wedding per month and even less portraits, so I’m looking into building a website, and buying a domain. I’m young and I don’t know a lot about this stuff, if I buy the domain for £20/ year, do I also get the email? How do I use the email?? Or do I have to go through Google to host it? And for the website I’m looking at wix, but I can’t afford the 15/month for wix and also the 25/month for Google, not until I get more clients.. Can someone give me the step by step to get the domain, the email, and build a website for less than £30/month, or is that just not possible? . edit: thanks for all the answers, sorry if I don’t reply to them all but I am reading them and writing down the info, thanks 🙂
