My business that I started about 3 months do is taking off. It did $80K since May ’24 when I launched it publicly. Although other service levels are self-serve with support, but I have one level that I offer and take care of personally. For that reason, I have to limit access to it through a waiting list. I would like to expand it more and I am thinking having a partner could help offload some of my responsibilities so that I can focus on servicing the “white glove” level. I could hire more but I think a partner would offer more value than a hired person. What do you think?
