I sold a dress to someone in July 2023 and last week they contacted me saying they did not think it was worth their money, they’ve hardly used it and they are upset with some elements of the design. It doesn’t have pockets and the material isn’t what they thought. The customer was able to view the dress before purchasing and it’s my opinion that knowing those things they shouldn’t have bought it… How would you respond to this?
