​What small business would you start if you had land?

I just moved to the family ranch which consists of 175 acres right outside of San Antonio, TX. I share the land with my brother and father. I’m sure both of them aren’t too keen on starting a business that will allow many people to come visit. If it were all mine, I would make this place a bed and breakfast, a wedding venue, or other type of event holding business because it’s quite beautiful. It’s right outside of city limits, surrounded by very wealthy cities and neighborhoods. I have some money saved up. I’m not trying to get rich by any means, just want to quit my day job of blue collar hard work. My body needs a break before it breaks. Thanks!
