Hi. I’ve managed to save close to 50k in order to open a coffee shop in my neighborhood. Corporate life is crushing my soul and I’m ready to quit. I’ve got the business plan, did some market research and managed to line up with a local supplier for all the stuff that is needed. What I lack is actual business experience. Anyone here that can provide general tips when it comes to opening up a business for the first time? Things that I should and should not do?
Would love any insights from those who’ve made similar transitions from employee to a business owner. Thank you!
