They seriously ruin the day. One lady came in yesterday after getting a quote over the phone for a service. We told her. She came in and said she was told a cheaper price. There was no way she was given the wrong information. She wanted to see where it was in writing on the website as proof…showed her and she was still a jerk. Thats been happening all month.
