I assumed it would take a few weeks. It’s now been over two months, and still nothing. The worst part? No updates from the IRS, and every time I try to google for answers, I just find old Reddit threads or vague info from agents.

I’ve been going a bit crazy doing research, some people say they waited months, others only a week. It’s all over the place. I even saw trackers that people were using to share their ein wait times, it helped a bit to see I’m not totally alone in this weird limbo.
