I’ve been toying with the idea of starting a business for a while but lately it’s been on my mind a lot more. The problem is I don’t really know what step one should look like. Do I just start small and learn as I go, or should I sit down and build out a full plan before I even try? I don’t have a ton of money set aside, but I do have a bit of savings and even some extra here and there. It’s not life changing, but it’s enough to make me think I could at least test the waters instead of just sitting on the idea forever.
For those of you who’ve already made the leap, how did you begin? Was it testing things out as a side hustle, or did you jump straight into it full-time? Looking back, do you think you started the “right” way, or did you just figure it out as you went?
