Im curious how smoke shops make money? My area has suddenly become inundated with smoke shops, one of which is a neighboring tenant of my business. One or two on literally every block so they’re a desirable business I guess. I just never see ANY customers in any of them? Do any of you own a smoke shop or know about their structure?:
