Hello all, I own a small business and keep having the repeated issue of employees being late to work by about 15 minutes. They are full-time employees, and there seems to be no consistency on being punctual. Have spoken to them and explained this has to get fixed, but it never seems to be fixed. What are some ways to fix this? Thanks!
