I run a retail service business we have salespeople and technicians, as well as a manager. For my industry typically labor should be 20%-25% we have been running 30% for awhile.
What are some tips you’ve learned though the years of managing labor costs and keeping needed staffing levels at the same time. I find the biggest hurdle is I can’t just cut hours or my team will quit because they don’t make enough money.
