Going through a life change and need guidance on one of my businesses.

There’s a +10 year old YouTube business. Approaching 1 million subscribers but biggest growth was 2017-2020 so it’s slower now. Over 300 million views on the content which is long format, so 15 to 40 minutes long.

The content comes from events (ticketed) which are sold as a paid-live-stream and then the performances trickle onto YouTube for the proceeding 7-10 weeks where as revenue recurs. Some videos are over 5 years old and still make good monthly money.

Monthly revenue on YouTube has been as high as $25K USD per month but now oscillates between $2-5000 because the content is comedic but crude, so advertisers may consider it offensive.

I am in a finalícela situation and need to find a way to either A) hire someone to make use of +15 years of catalog content to grow, B) partner with a modern consultancy/network who can monetise these million subscribers or C) find someone to buy the business (what multiples can be achieved here?)

It’s less traditional bricks and mortar so there is no clear path but ideally exploring an exit route here.
