We have the vision. We have the strategy. But why is execution so hard?
I’ve worked with small business owners and around solopreneurs for years, and the biggest struggle I see isn’t lack of ideas—it’s lack of execution.
We start strong, but then:
We get stuck in overthinking and second-guessing. We procrastinate because we don’t have real accountability. We feel overwhelmed by too many priorities and not enough action. We wait for things to be perfect instead of making consistent progress.
I believe execution is a skill that can be learned, not just a personality trait. But most business advice is focused on strategy, not how to actually follow through.
I’d love to hear from you all:
What’s been your biggest challenge with execution? What strategies (if any) have helped you stay consistent?
Looking forward to learning from you.
