My business does 600 projects a year and about 50 of them are with Indians or Persians.

Those clients are really difficult to work with. 95% of these jobs goes as follows: (and this doesn’t happen this often with other ethnic groups)

1.They grind you down on price, I don’t lower them but it’s just annoying that they ask 10 times

2.The project usually needs more prep because they are not ready when they should be.

3.They ask for more and don’t want to pay then ask for a discount 10 more times on site.

4.They rush you for the product.

They want 15 revisions

They don’t pay on time

Like I rather not work with them unfortunately. How would you handle this?
