As the title suggest, I had a massive fallout with my business partner because of his inability to keep it in his pants. I previously made a post about this seeking advice- and unsurprisingly, it imploded within a month

Just three months ago, I opened a restaurant/bakery with a longtime friend of over 10 years. I invested $45,000 (nearly all of my savings) into the venture. Things unraveled fast.

His girlfriend, also a longtime friend, found some shady shit in his secret apartment (he writes off as a ‘business expense’) and confronted me. She clearly suspected I was involved, I wasn’t and had to tell her everything I knew. More on that in my previous post.

All in all, this man has been a nightmare to fucking work with. And when his girlfriend confronted him, there’s NO way he didn’t know it was me that told her.

I told him I’d like out of the restaurant. He agreed to fully reimburse me in a few weeks (but I’m not holding my breath)

Legal side of things are handled- I already have a great lawyer- what I really need help with now is figuring out the next steps.

I’d love to have my own bakery, my own space, I’d love to be fully independent.
I don’t know how to go about doing that from here. so any advice, insight or resources would mean A LOT.
