had a weird one today. We have been sending out updates and reminders through email like always. follow ups too. zero response. like they just vanish

then this customer hits us up outta nowhere like hey i did not get anything about my appointment. we actually sent it twice

dude straight up says he doesn’t check his inbox unless it’s like amazon or something. just ignores everything else

so now i’m sitting here wondering if email is just done. like actually dead. are people only reading texts now

always thought texting clients would come off annoying or too pushy but now i’m not so sure. seems like it’s the only thing that gets noticed

anyone else seeing this happen. how are you getting through to people now
