Ideas into Reality
So I have a phone store in Dallas.
Customer came in trying to sell an old Sony phone which we stopped buying, and its going for $35 on eBay. Customer states he needs the money, so I offered to pay him $15.
He then states I am lowballing him, either to give him $25 or $30 or he’ll give me a negative review on Google.
I quietly let the customer go.
