I own a boba store located inside a mall it’s been going well and decided to step back due to being ill, I take pride in keeping a clean store and taught my employees the same. I have decide to allow employees to limit the menu 30 minutes before closing since some machines require a deep clean daily. The store closes at 9:00 and with this they usually leave around 9:30 instead of 10:00pm or 10:30. I try to keep a good balance with their work and school, had my 1st customer call to complain. I don’t want my employees to stress about the job but I also want to do right by customers? Is this something other store do?( sorry for spelling English is not my 1st language)
