It seems these ADA compliance extortion lawsuits against e-commerce websites are exploding. From my understanding the rules are open to interpretation so even if your website is compliant, you can still be sued. Because of this, what is the best way to make sure they don’t know who to sue? I assume it would be to make sure to keep all legal business information (I.e LLC name, address) off of your website? Anything else? It’s a shame we have to consider this, but I’d like to make it as difficult as possible for these scumbags.
