Hey i just found this page and figured wth I could use some advice. I just opened up a hobby shop in my town. Nothing crazy just nerdy hobby stuff, dnd, mtg, board games not found in regular retailers stuff like that. So this old lady comes in every single day, buys nothing and just chews my ear off. She brings in her rocks and crystals like im gonna buy them. Idk how to politely tell her shes welcome but she needs to move along so I can take care of my buisness and attract other costumers. Ive seen people look in and see her loitering in my shop and walk past. I need her to either buy something and just move on or just come in, say hi and leave. She’s like the towns crazy widow that has no job and way to much time on her hands so she harasses shop owners I guess. Im trying to attract younger people and im pretty sure they avoid my shop because of her. She’s honestly become a problem but shes really sweet and kind, But shes clearly never heard the end of a sentence. Oh and if there’s a conspiracy, shes heard of it and fully backs it no matter how bat shit insane it sounds i made one up to see if she would just agree or be like oh i need to look it up she believed it and claimed to have heard of it. Could use some advice lol thanks
