I am renting a 900 sq ft warehouse for a year now. The main thing that sold me on this one vs another was the landlord said he can keep his forklift in my unit and I can use it. Months go by and he starts nagging at me for using it. A little frustrating but I figured I should get my own anyways if I’m going to need one for my business. Today I came into the warehouse and my power is out, I was charging my forklift overnight as I normally do. landlord says the circuit breaker for my unit is in another unit and I can’t access it. Now he’s suggesting I use a generator because “my unit only has enough power for lighting” how was I ever supposed to have a forklift if this is the case? I cannot run my business off a generator and he is very frustrating to deal with. It’s been 2 days now and the guy from the unit with the circuit breaker is not responding to me. Any suggestions on what I can do?
