I recently started a small home-based baking business in Lahore, and I’ve been putting a lot of effort into it. I post on Instagram every day, make reels consistently, and try to keep my page active.

The problem is that I’m barely getting any engagement, and I haven’t been getting many orders either. It honestly feels discouraging because I see other small baking pages growing much faster.

For those of you who have successfully grown a home bakery or any small business, what made the biggest difference? What would you do if you had to start from zero again?
