Went from working in the medical field to starting a petite fashion brand (aka: zero fashion experience – everything learned was from a fashion course)

Took almost 2 years from start to finish (design concept, finding manufacturer, fabric selections, sampling, product development/manufacturing etc) and I am approx $100,000 into this now.

Launch May 6 and it’s been crickets. I built much anticipation on my IG and post daily (hop on stories multiple time a day) – I also use TikTok, Pinterest, and FB. I’ve run ads on FB, IG, and Google. My email list is 1,000 and I also do email marketing.

I have my products on Google merchant…I’ve reached out to influencers and even celebrity stylists. Recently set up B2B business model to target local boutiques about doing wholesale because at this point I need to move his inventory.

I also have $8,000 worth of jeans that my manufacturers messed up (miscommunication issue) and tried to convert into something else but that didn’t work so will donate to charity.

Feels like everything that could have gone wrong has – and now I have no funds to continue.

Can you pls look at my website and Socials and perhaps offer some more advice on what the issue is?

My pieces are for women under 5’3” made with premium fabrics.

There is def a demand for this, but every other small petite brand I speak with is dealing with no sales…maybe there isn’t a market like we thought?
