I live in a city where we have the most pizza shops per capita in the country . People here love their pizza and wings .

I’ve been thinking about buying an existing business for some time now and I routinely see pizza restaurants for sale with great cash flow . Are the cash flows to good to be true ? Here are a couple examples: Purchase Price – $450,000 Cash Flow – $395,000

Purchase Price – $350,000 Cash Flow – $295,000
