​I want to start a small non-alcoholic beverage trailer business

I was wondering if anyone knows what specific licenses would be required for a small trailer with just a fridge where I only sell Kava (a botanic drink that provides a soothing feeling, similar to kratom but non addictive with no withdrawals.) I would be operating out of Ohio. I would preferably serve regular kava (which tastes like dirt), a pineapple juice/orange juice/grenadine/kava mixture that I like to make, and a daiquiri-like kava drink, and a latte type kava drink.
