Hey all! So as the title says I’m about to quit my job and go and work in Aldi so I have more time to work on my business, the hours are so much better and give me the time freedom to dedicate to my business.

I’m a recruitment consultant and I’m about to set up my own consultancy for clients in the states (I live in the UK) when I was working this I was doing 11am – 8pm.

My current job gives me 9/5 as I relocated back to my home town. Aldi gives me a lot more time to get it started and only £300 less then what I’m earning with opportunity to work more to get the same amount but still less hours to earn my salary per month.

I’m so nervous, everyone’s told me I’m making a stupid move but it’s all I think about, I just don’t like working for someone as it limits my creativity and I find it hard to care about selling something that isn’t mine. I feel every part of me that it’s going to be successful and I’m putting a lot on the line, I can still cover bills but have a lot less left over.

Is this a stupid idea at 26? Am I about to mess my life up? I’m so anxious about taking the leap but it’s all I think about and I feel like I know Aldi will be tiring but the benefits for the business is worth it, I just feel like I’m going back in life.
