Recently a customer ordered 8 items of the same product and it was marked high risk. Our Shopify flow didn’t catch this before it went to our 3PL for fulfillment. I would have canceled it but it was packed before I saw the darn order. Of course we got a chargeback and I just found an eBayer listing all 8 items. Everything lines up and they even used the photos from our website. Is there anything I can do in this situation? I joked that I should order them all and dispute the charge. But realistically is there anything I can do to get these fuckers?
