I am about to enter a partnership with a baker, he doesn’t have any money to put, he has baking experience though. He wants to be paid a salary plus he wants to make profit from day one, i feel its too much since I am investing $120,000.00 if things don’t work out i loose, he just go and find another job and he’s only loss would be the days he doesn’t work. what is a fair way to go about this?
