Recently, I made the switch from HoneyBook to Wave Accounting, primarily for their estimate and invoicing features. However, my experience took a disappointing turn:
Upon transferring, Wave unexpectedly banned my payment account and issued refunds to my customers without any prior notice or explanation!!! and the reason i received from their team is because i have Etsy store. What’s more disappointing is the lack of accountability from Wave’s team. There was no apology or acknowledgment of the trouble caused by their actions.
If you’re considering Wave Accounting, I urge you to proceed with caution and consider alternative options that prioritize clear communication and customer support. Your business deserves a reliable partner that respects and values your customers.
