I just need to vent. Running my own business has been one of the most rewarding experiences, but one thing I never expected was just how downright rude and abusive some people can be when they reach out for support.

It’s like the moment there’s a small inconvenience, some folks forget there’s a human on the other side trying to help them. I get it, problems are frustrating, but being met with hostility, insults, or outright abuse when I’m just trying to solve the issue? It’s draining.

I genuinely care about providing good service and fixing problems, but some days it feels like no matter how much effort I put in, it’s not enough for some people!!!
