I run a 80-person company and to be honest, we haven’t been very diligent in tracking our SaaS spend. Our usage is all over, including Google Workspaces, Notion, Asana, AWS, Github, Vercel, Teams, Zendesk, Adobe, etc. We spend in the $20-30k range monthly and I’d like to cut that by half.
