Hi y’all, hope you’re having a fabulous day. My dad has worked a 9-5 for the last 30 years but he has never invested in any business nor he had any side hustles as well. Recently, my sister found 4 people investing in a gas station in Memphis and they’re looking for one more investor. Only one of the 4 guys actually have some experience in this field as he owns some gas stations as well. I want to help him as much as possible so that his hard-earned savings don’t go to waste, so please give me any advice you guys got. What questions should we be asking? What are the things to consider? How is a gas station actually run? I’m doing my own research but I would love to know what are the dos and don’ts of this business from someone who has the first-hand experience.
