​Poor Marketing results in 2024

I own a restaurant and why does marketing seem to not work anymore? Is the marketing industry dead? I hire marketing agencies and they give such poor engagement and conversion rates it is pathetic. The ROI is terrible too. I’m losing money and here these people are going with the same old techniques that just don’t work anymore charging a boatload of money. What can I do to get good ROIs and more customers coming into the door?
