Hi everyone,
I’m a software engineer running a small agency – most of the time it’s just me, but I have a few contractors I rely on for bigger projects. Most of my work has come from word of mouth, but that pipeline has dried up in the last couple of months, and it’s not sustainable.
I’m looking for ways to generate business and find new clients, but I don’t have experience with that. My background is purely technical (I worked at a couple of FAANG companies as a software engineer), and my network is mostly comprised of other software devs at bigger tech companies, so I can’t really rely on that to generate leads.
Does anyone have suggestions on how to effectively market a small software development agency, generate leads, or find new clients? Any advice on strategies, platforms, or tools that have worked for you would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks in advance for your help!
