Ive been running my company since 2006 and I am no stranger to working 7 days a week and pushing but lately im struggeling big time. Yes bills get paid, the company is profitable and I make good money but the every day little fuck ups and problems and customers and endless to do task I never catch up on are taking a big fucking toll on my physical and emotional well bieng. I feel like im drowning.

This is while having a whole staff to help me run the place. I have also been struggling with my health for the past two years which has made things more difficult. It means the days im ok I have to spend them catching up and the days im not i still do what i can from my bedside .

What advice do you have to help cope with the serious burn out. Or for those who deal with health issues and running a company. What quick attainable things were you able to implement to help your mental state.

Yes ive been burnt out before but never like this. I feel it in my soul if you believe in such a thing.
