​Please god how do I stop the spam to my business email!

Every single day I get like 10 different emails, all exactly the same text

Hello, I was checking your website. It looks great, but it’s not ranking on Google’s 1st page. With your permission I would like to send you a Price List of your website? We can place your website on Google’s 1st page (Yahoo, etc.) May I send a quote .? if interested Thank You!

Verbatim, 3-4 times a day, I have no idea how outlooks spam filters dont catch them all, they are identical emails. Is there any setting, plug or tool I can use to stop it?
