We had a customer that says they never received our product valued at $1100. I first asked him to check with neighbors and family members to see if someone brought it inside. He emailed the second time and said “yes, and I drove all over the neighborhood.” I tracked it through UPS and sent him the photo of the product on his porch. He, in turn, said “that is not my porch!” I looked up his address on Zillow copied and pasted it to him, and said it is 100% your porch. He then said “oh that it’s my front porch, I guess it could’ve been delivered there”. Duh, pro tip, if you’re gonna be a thief, don’t be a dumb thief. If you’re a small business, don’t take this theft crap standing up any longer. We’re tired of it, and if you spend a little bit of time like this people will back off. These thieves are all spoiled getting free shit from eBay and Amazon knowing they don’t have the time or resources to do these investigations.
