There’s a high-end POD service that’s been in business over 20 years, and pre-COVID was making a cash profit of about £150k.
Then COVID hit and for 2-3 years those profits shot up to about £10 million cash profits.
This year they dropped all the way back down to £500k
That’s… kind of wild, honestly. Considering there was such mass unemployment and small businesses undoubtedly got hit hardest, there was a weird small business boom that excelled so many to wealth, and it’s all just disappearing for many now COVID is “over” (you know what I mean by that, let’s not argue about it lol)
