Ideas into Reality
I’m about 72 hours away from opening a brand new cafe. I’ve been doing this for 10 years but this one is my biggest yet. I am equally worried that I’ve over hired and my payroll is going to be too high and that I have also under hired not realizing how slammed we are going to be.
