I got a call from a woman 8/3 (no voicemail) she sent a string of texts that looked like she was typing with her eyes closed….. she wanted to come observe at my studio and I quickly said that wasn’t allowed due to client safety. She then refuses to try to use our online schedule system and instead demands me to book her. I politely explain that she would need to follow the link as we require a card on file. I even said if you come the day of your service, I can take cash, but I still need a card on file. I don’t hear back until 8/15. She then tries to book a date that’s already full. That pisses her off and it turns into “any date I want to do you’re full etc.” I try to explain we are pre book/ prepay only… so yes… we book up quick? She’s still refusing to book online.

I don’t hear anything until today. She demands I respond to her (while I’m with clients) and wants to know if she can come Wednesday. I told her yet again… I’m booked? Well she loses it now. She said she’s going show up tomorrow face to face and get this solved. (Is this a threat?) I tell her it’s not possible as we are appointment only.. I will not be able to leave my client to help her. We don’t have a POS system or a front desk. She then says how terrible of a business owner I am for not having those things… at this point I’m done. I don’t want her money and I don’t want to talk to this woman anymore. I tell her I don’t think we will be able to accommodate her and she needs to find another studio. She then says “I’m booking this for my sister who’s been sick and it was supposed to be a surprise and blah blah” again, I said “I appreciate you thinking of us, but we are unable to assist with this booking any further as we are unable to accommodate your needs. Thank you and have a great night.” BLOCKED!!!!!

The thing is, I’m so nice to people who are kind to me. From the start she was demanding and rude and I just can’t deal with that, now I’m worried she’ll show up tomorrow and cause issues. Anyone dealt with this before? What should I do if she shows?
