​I’m having trouble getting website sales and growing the business

Hi everyone! I’m new to the business. I recently created a website. Which is my first time doing this. I’d love to get some feedback (fresh look from you) on why I’m potentially not getting engagement or sales on the site? I’ve had about 600 visitors so far which has been cool but only 1 review.
