In my contract it says under Payment: Employer agrees to pay Employee at the following rates: _8.33% of Net Revenues Collected per Job. Employee shall be paid within a reasonable time after Employer submits an invoice to Insurance provider and/or the company’s clients.

But at the end of the Expenses category, it says Employer shall pay Employee within 7 days after receipt of payout by client and/or client’s insurance agency

With how my contract is written is he required to pay me after he bills the client?

This contract was not meant for long term. Just while business was scarce to prevent his business from going under.
