Been doing service work for years, first time owning and operating my own business. I had a contractor or handyman (still don’t know who, spoofed number) intentionally send me to the wrong house to mess with my new business, where the actual owner threatened my life until he realized I was a legit business man (I live in a rural area where you better be packing). I get alot of work via text but now I’m skeptical who’s real. I know alot of people have gone thru this, any advice would be greatly appreciated!
