I’m interested in buying a small business, ideas including coffee shop with wholesale decor and niche books, fitness studio (yoga or pilates) that potentially offer massage/physical therapy/personal training
I was looking online on bizbuysell and saw many have a cash flow of $130,000 or less and are priced at 2-3x that amount.
Now I dont make a ton of money, but if i worked full time, I could make 100k in my current profession. So thinking of it that way, why would I spend 3x the amount to make near close to what im currently making, but with 10x the amount of work and stress? I really thought businesses were more profitable.
So curious to hear what your small business is (preferrably those with a storefront) and how much your cash flow is (after paying yourself out). thanks
