​Branding + website

Hi all. I’m starting a new online retail business and need help with branding and Shopify website. I’ve been quoted 20-30k by a few agencies to do this. Seems a little steep as I’m just starting off, but I also don’t want to cheap out on my brand. Does this seem reasonable? Are there any alternatives to finding someone to help? Fiverr? Never used them so can’t speak for their work. Any input / advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
