My fiance is a self employed electrician and I handle all the book keeping, customer service, ect. This morning we had a customer do a $1000 charge back with stripe.

What had happened was my fiance finished this guy’s service upgrade and he was then asking for him to do a bunch of additional work that was not originally agreed upon. He also didn’t want to pay extra for the additional work. This guy actually still owes us $400 for the completed work. When my fiance refused to do extra work for this guy without additional payment the customer got verbally aggressive. This morning the customer did the charge back.

Stripe already pulled the funds and I’m now trying to dispute this. I have receipts/invoices for all the completed work, as well as emails from the customer acknowledging the original agreed upon work is completed. Is there anything else I should do then submit the evidence I have? Should I also be contacting Wells Fargo since that is who we have our business checking account with?

Also how do I handle the inevitable incoming bad Google review?
