Hey folks Im finishing up a Business Admin degree and this class on employment law is starting to scare me. I don’t believe in exploiting people, but some of this Title VII stuff is daunting especially in relation to women and pregnancy. I have very little knowledge of how this stuff plays out in all small business where Title VII applies, but money is tight.
Any stories would be great. Maybe you have the opinion that “if you cant pay for multiple employees on pregnancy leave you’re in the wrong business”.
Enlighten me
Edit: i know a business admin degree wont make me a great entrepreneur, but I set out to get it because it was affordable, i could finish it quickly, it should provide some poverty insurance if I can’t make it on my own, and because I wanted a general knowledge of how businesses work
